This article provides information about creating Cambridge English Skills Test venues in Metrica
A venue is the address where the Cambridge English Skills Test is run. The Cambridge English Skills Test Product Schedule details that a test venue is the premises which meet the relevant requirements for the delivery of the Cambridge English Skills Test. Venues must be located in the territory/country listed in your Product Schedule.
Every test location must be added as a venue in the Cambridge Test Portal, Metrica and you will need to select a venue when you create your test sessions.
How to add a venue
1. Log into the Cambridge English Test Portal, Metrica

2. Click My Institution.
3. Click on the Venues tab and click Add Venue.
4. Enter the address details for your venue. The mandatory information in the address details are denoted by a red asterisk (*). If any of the information is not finalised tick the Provisional Address box.
You can enter the capacity for the venue. This is the maximum number of candidates the venue can accommodate and will assist with planning sessions.
6. Click Save. The venue will now appear in your list of venues.
How to edit an existing venue
1. Log into the Cambridge English Test Portal, Metrica

2. Click My Institution
3. Click on the Venues tab and click on the blue name of the venue you wish to edit.
4. Click Edit.
6. Click on the field you wish to edit and enter the new information.
7. Click Save to save your changes.
Once you have created your test venues you will be able to select them when you create your sessions.
Cambridge English Skills Test venues can not be changed when assigned to a session. You will need to set up the session again.
